About Mentorex

Empowering students with customized learning plans, expert tutors, and individual attention to achieve outstanding results.

We're a team of experienced educators and dedicated tutors on a mission to make quality education personalized, accessible, and engaging for every student.

Our Story

Built by people who lived the journey themselves.

MentorEx started in 2019 with a simple belief: every student deserves access to quality education, personalized guidance, and a teacher who truly understands how they learn.

What began as a vision to make effective tutoring more accessible has grown into an online learning platform supporting students across 4+ countries. Our tutors help students build strong foundations, prepare for exams, develop new skills, and gain the confidence to achieve their academic goals.

But our approach has remained the same: personalized learning, experienced tutors, flexible online classes, and genuine individual attention.

We measure our success not by the number of classes delivered, but by the progress our students make — the concepts they finally understand, the confidence they gain, and the results they achieve.

Our Values

What guides every decision we make.

Honesty First

We tell students what they need to hear, not just what sounds good — even when it means fewer applications.

Radical Transparency

Clear pricing, clear timelines, clear odds. No hidden fees, no vague promises.

Student-Centered

Every recommendation starts with your goals, budget, and life — not a university's marketing budget.

Continuous Care

Our relationship doesn't end at admission. We stay connected through your first year abroad.

Leadership

A message from our CEO.

Kailash Negi

Chief Executive Officer

Welcome to MentorEx. When I founded MentorEx, I had one clear vision: to make high-quality, personalized education accessible to every learner, regardless of their location or background. I believe that every student learns differently, and true education begins when teaching is tailored to an individual's strengths, goals, and pace. At MentorEx, we are committed to delivering exceptional one-to-one tutoring that empowers students from elementary school to university. Whether it's building strong academic foundations, preparing for competitive examinations such as SAT, PSAT, ACT, AP, GCSE, A Levels, or NAPLAN, or developing future-ready skills through coding and technology, our mission is to help every learner unlock their full potential. Our goal extends beyond improving grades. We strive to inspire confidence, curiosity, critical thinking, and a lifelong love for learning. By combining experienced educators, innovative teaching methods, and personalized learning plans, we ensure that every student receives the attention and guidance they deserve. As we continue to grow globally, our promise remains the same—to provide world-class educational support with integrity, excellence, and a genuine commitment to student success. Thank you for placing your trust in MentorEx. We look forward to being a part of your learning journey and helping you achieve your dreams.

Kailash leads Mentorex's overall strategy and operations, working closely with our tutors and business services team to make sure every student and client gets the same standard of care, honest guidance, real accountability, and a team that's genuinely invested in outcomes.
